Location: 100% Remote (Statewide California with possible, but not required, in-person services in San Benito County if so desired)

Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time W-2 Employee

Clinical Pay: $40.00 / hour (Direct Psychotherapy)

Administrative Pay: $18.50 / hour (Documentation, Supervision & Rest Breaks)

About the Role

Graft & Blossom Therapy is expanding its outpatient mental health team. We are seeking motivated, registered associate clinicians (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to deliver telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families across California. Our W-2 employment structure provides transparent dual-hourly compensation, practice-funded marketing support, and dedicated clinical supervision so you can focus entirely on client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10 to 25 weekly client hours of direct remote psychotherapy via HIPAA-compliant video.
• Complete progress notes and intake assessments within 24–48 hours using the 53+7 documentation model.
• Attend mandatory weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision.
• Maintain active, unrestricted associate registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Professional Clinical Counseling.
• Active registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC with the California BBS.
• Strong commitment to clinical ethics, documentation standards, and client confidentiality.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a private, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions.
